Transparent fees
In accordance with the rules and regulations of the Paris Bar, the determination of fees is notably subject to the nature and the complexity of the case, the importance of the interests involved, the client’s personal situation. An engagement letter or a fee agreement previously recaps the fees amount agreed as well as the scope of the mission.
Billing policy which is adapted to each case
Fees are normally calculated on a time-spent basis. However, if explicitly agreed, the fees may be calculated partly on a time-spent basis, and partly based on the results obtained. It is also possible to agree a flat fee for certain matters such as legal drafting.
Competitive hourly rates
240 to 300 EUR excluding VAT.
